THANK YOU TO ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
The Kinsmen Sports Celebrity Dinner has the distinction of being one the most entertaining and longest running sports dinners in North America. First started in 1960, the dinner brings speakers and entertainers from the world of sports to help celebrate the accomplishments of Saskatoon's local athletes, teams and sports community leaders. February’s event will feature living legend Bobby Orr.
Since 1928 the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon has been an integral part of this community. With its mandate of “Serving the Community’s Greatest Need” the club strives to raise funds that can help those with nowhere else to turn. The impact that this club has on our city is evident everywhere you look. Hundreds of non-profit organizations have benefited from the financial support that the club provides, not to mention the countless volunteer hours the members put into bettering the community. To list just a few organizations that the Kinsmen Club has assisted: Kinsmen Football league, Kinsmen Inner City Hockey, The Saskatoon Zoo, Persephone Theatre, Special needs Shopping, Elmwood Lodge, SaskTel Soccer Center, Station 20 West, the Food Bank and many more!
Involvement in the Kinsmen Sports Celebrity Dinner provides businesses a great opportunity to invest in the community, while being a part of one of the greatest events of the year. Each year approximately 1200 attendees, most of which are from the Saskatoon business community, witness the spectacle of the Kinsmen Sports Celebrity Dinner.
